All for the deserved labor!

In connection with the World Day of trade unions’ action ' All for the deserved labor! " on the 7-th of October , ROGWU device based on an assessment of the existing socio-economic situation in the country had a general meeting of stuff and took the following decisions:

 

1. To apply to the Government with the requirements:

 

· to Accelerate the ratification of the 102nd International Labor Organization Convention on Minimum Standards of Social Security on the replacement of the lost earnings of the employee at a level no lower than 40%;

· to make Decision on  unconditional financing in 2010, children's activities and recreation an amount not lower than 2009;

· to prevent of growth in tariffs for housing and communal services to end the country's financial and economic crisis.

 

2. To recommend to the territorial and inter-regional trade union organizations: 

To take measures to prevent the emergence and growth of wage arrears; 

To secure the unconditional implementation of sectoral agreements and collective agreements in terms of indexing the size of the monthly tariff rates not lower than the consumer price index; 

· During collective agreement’s campaign to avoid reducing their standard of living of workers;

To  Analyze and identify unresolved problems of social protection of workers;

 To Hold a permanent job on the formation of union members have informed attitude to union membership, trade union solidarity, cohesion and unity.
